The Pro-7 is the only system in the world that recycles its waste water. While purifying water, most competitor systems waste around 60% of the incoming water supply. However, the Pro-7 features a unique sixth filter that removes impurities from the waste water then recycles it through the system.

When you choose a supplier that uses the Reach and Wash Pro-7 system, your organisation will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Superior cleans: hot water cleans better than cold, cutting through the most stubborn dirt and residue and cleaning windows, cladding, signs, canopies and fascias to a spotless, streak-free finish
  • Cost savings: because the system eliminates the need for expensive heavy equipment and cleans your premises quickly and efficiently, h2o can reduce your cleaning costs
  • Lasting results: heated pure water is detergent free, absorbs dirt and grime, and sterilises your exteriors, ensuring your windows stay cleaner for longer
  • Impressive reach: 60-foot long telescopic poles reach up to six floors and every external surface – including difficult to access windows over car parks, lawns and flower beds – while cleaning frames and sills at the same time as the glass
  • Safety compliant: as operators work from the safety of the ground without ladders or high-access equipment, your organisation will never fall foul of health and safety legislation
  • Environmentally friendly: the Pro-7 uses no chemicals or detergents, and recycles 100% of the waste water other water-fed pole systems throw away, improving your company's environmental performance
  • All weathers: the Thermo Pure heats water to temperatures between 70°C and 80°C, delivering long-lasting cleans and superb results even in the rain and freezing temperatures
  • No disturbance or damage: ladders-free process reduces disturbance, eliminates damage, and respects your privacy

When it comes to cleaning windows and external areas of your premises, hot water works far better than cold:

  • Exceptional results: purified water heated to temperatures between 70°C and 80°C cleans far more efficiently and aggressively than cold water, while absorbing dirt quicker than a cold water system
  • Effortless cleans: while cold-water systems struggle to remove impact soilage and stubborn marks, hot water glides through tough dirt and residue, then dries to an even streak-free finish
  • All-weather working: cold-water systems do not work in sub-zero temperatures, as their pipes freeze. However, the Pro-7 can continue delivering superb results in temperatures up to -10°C
  • Better in hot conditions: During hot weather, cold water on sun baked glass turns to steam, resulting in inferior spotted results. The Pro-7's heated water provides a uniform drying process, delivering a superior, spotless and streak-free clean

Rain, tap water and bottled water contain minerals, chemicals, calcium and pollutants that remain when the water dries. At h2o, our water is 100% pure and free from all additives. Which means your windows will always dry to a perfect spotless finish.

Yes, no problem. If you require a no-obligation quote and demonstration, just get in touch and we will happily arrange a time to suit you.

Not at all: the whole process is free from chemicals and additives. Our pure water processes use natural products such as resins, salts and carbon sediment to strip chemicals, minerals and additives from our water.

The poles are made from an extremely strong yet lightweight carbon fibre. This means our trained operatives can control the poles with relative ease and absolute accuracy.

No. The regulations do not restrict the use of water-fed pole systems. At h2o, we employ the safest window cleaning methods possible.

No. Unlike rain and pollution from industry and traffic, our water can not harm your building. This also makes our methods perfect for historical buildings and soft stone structures that are susceptible to damage, such as sandstone or bath stone.

Yes, it can sometimes take 2 or 3 cleans to achieve optimum results. However, some companies use this as an excuse for substandard work. We believe that with the right technique and attention to detail, there is no reason why you cannot enjoy consistently excellent cleans. Which is why, at h2o, we guarantee great results every time.

There are two reasons for this:

If your window cleaner has always used a traditional bucket and squeegee approach, it's likely your windows are covered in a film of detergent, which can cause pure water to spot. This means it may take us 2 or 3 cleans to fully remove the film. Only once we've removed the film will you benefit from the sterilising effects of heated pure water, which means your windows will stay cleaner for longer.

As traditional window cleaners often neglect frames, dirt builds up behind the beads and on the frames. So, following the final rinse, dirty water can seep out and leave nasty streaks. This process is called 'leaching'. Unlike other window cleaning individuals and companies who just use the excuse that it will take 2 or 3 cleans to get good results, at h2o our trained and meticulous operatives will double rinse all windows and frames on a first time clean to ensure you get brilliant results from day one.

Yes, all our work is guaranteed, and we perform quality control audits to ensure we are maintaining our industry-leading standards.

Yes. It's your legal obligation to ensure a risk assessment and method statement is in place before starting any contract. That's where we can help. At h2o, we always conduct a risk assessment and include a method statement before commencing work.
